The Women’s Council of Realtors Sussex County celebrated the installation of its 2025 officers at a vibrant ceremony held Nov. 20, at Victoria’s Restaurant on the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach.
Local real estate professionals gathered to honor the new leadership team, which is set to guide the organization through the coming year. The event highlighted the council’s dedication to empowering women in the real estate industry, with incoming President ErinAnn Beebe pledging to build on the group’s mission of fostering education, collaboration and growth.
The 2025 leadership team also includes Tracy Peoples, president-elect; Traci Clow, first vice president; Pamela Robichaud, treasurer; Linda Millikin, events coordinator; and Deardiss Richey, membership director. Each brings diverse expertise and a shared passion for advancing the council’s goals. With its new officers in place, the Women’s Council of Realtors Sussex County is poised for another successful year of networking, mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Outgoing President Robin Gordon Bunting awarded the President’s Charity honor to Jim Martin of the Shepherd’s Office in Georgetown, which offers services to the unhoused population.
“I’m grateful for Lewes and Rehoboth helping to serve these folks that are coming from all over Sussex County. We’re up to about 250 to 300 meals each day,” said Martin. “I’m very grateful for all the helpers in the community. The fact that Robin reached out and the Realtors that want to be active in trying to help, they really see the landscape between the haves and have nots.”
