Jim O’Leary
Jim is a life-long fan of everything space and astronomy, growing up during the Space Age and being inspired by the Apollo missions to the Moon.
He has worked in science museums and planetariums for more than four decades, producing planetarium programs, IMAX films and science exhibits, many funded by NASA, NOAA, NSF and Johns Hopkins University, and his programs have played in planetariums and IMAX theaters around the world.
He was presented the Excellence in Outreach Award from NASA and is a Fellow of the International Planetarium Society.
Jim is an instructor at the University of Delaware Osher Lifelong Learning Program in Lewes.
