Jerry Filbin
Jerry Filbin has been a full-time resident of Rehoboth Beach since 2015 after retiring from the US EPA. Jerry was born and raised in Boston but has lived in 10 different states (including DC) during his career.
Jerry earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and education from Suffolk University in Boston and his Ph.D. at Wayne State University in Detroit, specializing in freshwater ecology.
He is currently serving on the board of directors for Rehoboth Beach Main Street and the board of trustees for the Delaware HIV Consortium and served previously on 4 other not-for-profit boards in the DC area.
Jerry is delighted to be a full-time resident here in Rehoboth Beach after 25 years as a summer visitor!
