Dr. Ira Roach III

Ambassador Dr. Ira Roach III is the Founder of the Focus Forward Civility Global Community and President of Pastors for Civility. He is the pioneer of a new way of thinking and helping people get unstuck through speaking, consulting, coaching, and mentoring. His passion is helping individuals move forward but emphasizing how to help humanity move forward as a whole. He teaches that learning the importance of having a vision is essential in gaining insight regarding how to help humanity see a better tomorrow.

He provides wisdom through sound counsel and shows people how to change their perception, pivot, and shift their minds forward. As a Global Influencer, International Advisor, and International Author, Dr. Ira’s future goals are to educate, facilitate, and release the knowledge of embracing the focus forward mindset that will allow people to live with purpose and passion as they strive for something more.

He is the Founder of Focus Forward Civility Initiative, Ubuntu Graduate College and Seminary International, and the president of Pastors for Civility. Dr. Ira has an Honorary PhD in Humanities and a D.D in Religion. His expertise is moving people forward toward their vision. The Focus Forward Civility Global Initiative was created to provide solutions to humanity to move forward. The motto is “Anyone can move forward” and Focus Forward exists to impact underprivileged children, schools, and institutions around the globe. He is also the founder and Senior Pastor of The City of Refuge Church Inc. where he has pastored for 19 years. He is a 5-time published author, 4 time international published author, and a 4-time international bestselling author. He also earned his spot with the Human Rights Social Development Chaplain team in 2021.

Dr. Ira holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling, a Master’s degree in Christian Education, and a Doctorate in Christian Education and Organizational Leadership & Development. He holds the following certifications: LS/CMI (Level of Service Case Management Inventory) Motivational Interviewing, Suicide Assessment, Treatment, Management and Gender Responsive Trauma Informed Care (The first 72 Hours) Biopsychosocial Assessment

Additionally, Dr. Ira has built a platform through social media that aims to motivate audience members to overcome challenges, achieve their dreams, and improve their lives. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Global Collaborations and ICN with Dr. Clyde Rivers for the work that he has contributed to humanity.

As an author, he has written, “Speak His Words, Daddy Knows Best,” and was featured recently in the Almanac of Rising Starts (Top Player of Humanity). He has also been featured in ten other book collaborations and eight of them have been bestsellers internationally. He most recently has authored a bestselling children’s book with his son, Ambassador Kori T. Haten, and “The Handbook to Focus Forward.” He has mastered moving people forward and hopes to influence millions more.
