Radio Rehoboth
The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company will host and present the 2023 Rehoboth Beach Hometown Christmas Parade at 6 p.m., Monday, Dec. 4, with the goal to make this year’s event the best ever.
Residents, guests, visitors and family members home for the holidays are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to come together to enjoy the parade, the Christmas tree, and of course, the arrival of Santa Claus. All parade participants and attendees are invited to the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company station on Rehoboth Avenue after the parade for Santa’s Christmas party, which will include refreshments and an opportunity for children to visit with Kris Kringle.
Community groups that want to submit an entry application should go to rehobothbeachfire.com. For more information, email christmasparade@rehobothbeachfire.com or call 302-542-6802.
There is no rain date for the parade. In the event of inclement weather, a decision to cancel the parade will be made after 3 p.m. on event day. Information will be placed on the website and sent to local media outlets when any decisions are made.
