After several months of construction, DEStorage celebrated a grand opening for its new, state-of-the-art self-storage facility at 300 Broadkill Road (Route 16) in Milton.
“We’re very excited to open this facility to meet the growing storage demands in the area. Milton and the surrounding area are experiencing a lot of growth, and we pleased to be a part of it,” said Andy Strine, CEO of DEStorage.
Company representatives recently presented a donation to Milton Fire Department in support of its capital campaign.
The new Milton location features two 32,000-square-foot, two-story, climate-controlled storage buildings with a manager’s office. Both storage buildings offer drive-up access with vehicular ramps to the second floor, offering customers convenient access for loading and unloading purposes.
The facility features an advanced security system with 24-hour video monitoring and a wide variety of storage sizes, including large, drive-up, climate-controlled units for both commercial and residential customers.
The locally owned and operated self-storage provider offers 10 locations for Delmarva Peninsula area residents and businesses.
