The Delaware Business Times is proud to announce the opening of nominations for the fourth annual CEO of the Year Award, aimed at recognizing the outstanding leadership of Delaware’s top executives across a variety of industries.
“We’re thrilled to once again shine a spotlight on the hard work, dedication, and vision of Delaware’s top executives,” Delaware Business Times Editor Katie Tabeling said. “Our goal is to celebrate leaders who are making a tangible impact on their teams and communities. We encourage readers to nominate those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership.”
The CEO of the Year Award is open to top executives in all sectors, regardless of their official title. That includes titles like executive director, principal or manager. Nominees must be actively working in Delaware and have held their position for at least two years.
Honorees will join a line up of leaders such as former Leadership Delaware CEO Jennifer Cohan, Social Contract Managing Partner Ronald Berry III, Freeman Foundation Executive Director Patti Grimes, Bank of America Delaware Market Leader Chip Rossi, Incyte CEO Herve Hoppenot, CSC CEO Rod Ward III, Beebe Healthcare President & CEO Dr. David Tam, WRK Group CEO Logan Herring Jr., ARS Trucking and Fleet Service CEO Patrick Connell, Back to Basics Learning Dynamics Executive Director Juli Bennett, Delaware Restaurant Association President & CEO Carrie Leishman and more.
This year, seven outstanding leaders will be celebrated at a ceremony on June 26, 2025. The winners will also be profiled in an exclusive print edition and featured in a video presentation, which will be promoted across Delaware Business Times’ website and social media channels.
