The crash happened about 2:30 p.m. when two vehicles collided at the entrance to the Rehoboth Mall, according to the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Co. A Milford man was killed Dec. 25, following a hit-and-run crash near Lincoln. The crash happened about 3:30 a.m. while Leo Hernandez Perez, 29, was walking along Cubbage Pond Road.
