SoDel Cares recently donated $5,000 to Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth. It takes more than 1,000 volunteers to cover 17 routes to ensure coastal residents receive much-needed hot meals as well as social contact. DelDOT work to cause Route 1 lane closures starting March 4

The Delaware Department of Transportation will be installing variable message signs within the Route 1 median from about 1,000 feet south of Postal Lane/Melson Road near Lewes to the median of Route 1 at Oakwood Street from Monday, March 4, through mid-April, weather permitting.
