The Lewes Police Department is searching a man in connection with making and selling methamphetamine. Lewes Police Chief Thomas Spell said Tramar T. Bailey, 37, frequents the Donova-Smith Mobile Home Park in Lewes and also Airport Road in Seaford. He has warrants in connection with manufacturing/distributing methamphetamines and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
