Artesian Wastewater Company has shed a bit more light on its plans for transferring Milton’s wastewater treatment plant on Front Street to Artesian’s Sussex Regional Recharge Facility on Gravel Hill Road. A Milton man sought in the July 14 shooting near Cool Spring has been charged. Police had been searching for Timmarus Perry, 24, in connection with a shooting on West Springside Drive.
