One Millsboro man died and another was critically injured following a four-wheeler crash Nov. 24 in Frankford. Lewes planners recommend approval of Whites Pond subdivision

The Lewes Planning Commission voted unanimously Nov. 15 to recommend approval of the preliminary site plan for the proposed Whites Pond major subdivision.
