Lewes-area fire kills one

One person died in a mobile home fire Oct. 17 near Savannah Road. The fire started about 2:30 a.m. in the 33000 block of McNicol Road in the McNicol Place mobile home park. Firefighters arrived to an active fire inside the home, said Michael Chionchio, assistant state fire marshal. One person was found dead inside the mobile home, he said.
