An Angola man was indicted Dec. 11 in connection with multiple instances of unlawful sexual conduct at his unlicensed massage establishment, the Attorney General’s Office says.
A Sussex County Superior Court grand jury indicted Robert Leech, 50, on eight counts of third-degree unlawful sexual contact and one count of operating without a massage establishment license following an investigation into reports from four separate victims from 2020 to 2023. Victims allege Leech unlawfully touched their breasts and buttocks during massages they received in a shed on Leech’s property – an unlicensed massage establishment that operated as Fusion Massage and Wellness.
“This type of predatory behavior is utterly unacceptable,” said Attorney General Kathy Jennings in a press release. “I am grateful to the victims who have come forward and urge any other victims to report their abuse to police and prosecutors.”
Officials ask anyone who received a massage at Fusion Massage and Wellness in Angola and were inappropriately touched by Leech to contact Det. Dustin Yencer at 302-856-5850.
