The Sussex County Land Trust, a nonprofit conservation organization, recently announced the appointment of two new board members: Kelly R. Stevenson and Harold “Hal” Carmean II.
Kelly R. Stevenson has spent more than three decades in the banking industry and currently serves as a commercial relationship manager for Fulton Bank. A graduate of Wilmington University with a BA in banking and finance, Stevenson has served on numerous boards throughout her career and currently serves on the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time recreating on the water. She is a lifelong Delawarean and currently resides in Milford with her family.
Harold “Hal” Carmean II grew up on the Eastern Shore and has been involved in the financial industry for more than 20 years. In 2011, Carmean founded Creative Wealth Management LLC, a boutique financial planning firm, and in 2018 established CWM Advisory LLC, a registered investment adviser. He is an avid ultra runner, completing multiple 100-mile races and various other events. Hal and his wife Mandi have two children and enjoy spending their free time engaged in outdoor activities. The Carmeans take an active role in their local church through missionary work both domestically and internationally, and they are joyfully involved in local and regional philanthropic activity.
