Three sought in Millsboro car theft, armed robbery

Delaware State Police are searching for two men and a woman in connection with armed robbery and auto theft Sept. 29 near Millsboro.

Police were called at 5:15 a.m. to the area of Hollyville and Mount Joy roads for a reported robbery and learned that two people had driven to the location to meet an acquaintance. When a woman got out of her vehicle to enter another car with the suspect, police said, she was robbed at gunpoint for an undisclosed amount of cash. Meanwhile, police said, another person forced the male victim out of his vehicle and then drove off in the stolen car. The vehicle was later recovered by detectives.

Police said they are searching for two men and a woman. One has been identified as Javontai Ricketts, 27, of Seaford.
