Two teens face felony burglary and theft charges after police say they stole items from an Oak Orchard gas station Jan. 29.
Police were called at 2:16 a.m. to the Liberty Gas Station on Oak Orchard Road and saw two teens inside the store, police said. The boys, 15 and 16, ran out of the store, police said, but were arrested after a foot chase and police found stolen goods in a bookbag.
The teens were taken to Troop 4 where they were charged with felony third-degree burglary, felony theft over $1,500, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, second-degree conspiracy, and criminal mischief over $1,000. They were both arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on their own recognizance to a guardian.
