Greg Hitz, owner of 305 Federal St., greets visitors to his home, which was originally built in 1880.

Many of the homes on the tour had themes. The main theme of the home of Mike and Kathy Clark is Mike’s collection of Santa Claus figurines.

Besides residential houses, other historic buildings in Milton were featured on the tour, including the Golden Rule Lodge building, built in 1855 and which houses the Milton chapter of the International Order of Odd Fellows.
